Annual Conference

The CWL Annual Conference features inspirational speakers and multiple panels of top lawyers and judges addressing timely issues, for participatory MCLE credits. This year’s panelists include Alameda County District Attorney Nancy O’Malley and former Mayor of San Jose Chuck Reed who will join other esteemed panelists to discuss getting involved in state and local government. Alan Exelrod and Melinda Riechert will present a timely panel on sexual harassment in the #metoo climate. Employment attorney Beth W. Mora will give the Conference’s breakfast keynote speech entitled “Advocating for Ourselves and Our Peers: How to Gain Ground and Maintain Momentum.” Panels this year will cover women in the boardroom, women entrepreneurs, a general counsel roundtable, and many other timely and educational topics.

The Conference is followed by a networking cocktail reception featuring the Judith Soley Lawyer as Citizen Award, this year honoring Pearl Gondrella Mann.
